Our beef is raised on a small family operated century farm in Beloit, by our sister company “Spencer Cattle Company LLC”. Brian started raising cattle in 2001 with the goal of producing the highest quality cattle that we possibly can. Our cattle are our families pride and joy. All of our cattle are raised on the green grass of our farm. In the cold winter months we provide them with shelter to keep warm and healthy. They are given hay in those winter months that was baled from our fields. our chicken and pork is raised in the surrounding area with the same standards.

Over the past years we have seen the demand for freezer beef. SCC and the Spencer Family have been marketing their animals in past years to county fair kids or individuals that want to show at the next level. However, we see the demand for home grown, high quality meat that you can trust as a consumer.

Laura and Brian decided to start Spencer Meats LLC in 2014. We wanted to offer the public with the best meat that is all natural. They are either born on our farm or purchased from local producers that have the same values we have. No hormones, no steroids, just plain great cattle.
